Coyote Hunt Rules and Regulations
- The hunt will officially begin at 12:01 a.m. on February 19th and will end at 1:00 p.m. February 21, 2010. All times are eastern standard time.
- Registration donation is $10.00 and must be paid before the hunt.
- Each participant must be registered. When hunting in groups, each member of the group MUST be registered or the entire group will be disqualified.
- No registration will be accepted after the hunt starts.
- Participants must possess a valid hunting or for takers license. This will be checked at Weigh-in.
- Coyotes must be killed during the days and times of the scheduled hunt.
- Kane Fish & Game Club reserves the right to have an autopsy performed on any suspicious coyote.
- Calls and dogs may be used during the hunt.
- During the scheduled coyote hunt, coyotes may be hunted in any county in Pennsylvania.
- Any violation of the rules of this hunt or the Pennsylvania Game laws will result in that person or group being disqualified from future hunts.
- Each hunter is responsible for the disposal of his/her coyote.
- Official weigh-ins will be done at the Kane Fish & Game Club from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday, February 19th & 20th and 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 21, 2010. Deadline for weigh-ins is 1:00 p.m. Sunday, February 21, 2010.
- The prize money will be divided in equal amounts determined by the number of coyotes entered.
